dear brother Muhammad Ihsan that much under evaluation is not right practice. a bit of difference is considerable but.. Umar from Lre evaluated same plot at 50.please see 5-6 post backward

Dear Sir , i understand your statement but Umar has a mistake he consider your plot as a R-2282 which is facing park that why it has much value as compare to your plot .Thank you!
