There is a lots of difference between army update & Civil update.
Army installment is 50,000 while Civil installments for development charges is 162500/=.
Perferably Civil installmemts paid plots has more value than because till now civil Intallments are paid development amount appox 10 lack while Army update has paid if 4 installmets than 2 lack. So a difference of 8 lack will be added in the price of Prism plot. Try to buy Civil installment paid plot which is very rare in the market & very very difficult to Comfirm specially in A,P,C,D,Q,F,G,&H blocks. |
