What is the investment like in Army Welfare Trust both phase 1 and 2? Plots prices are overallcheaper than the rest of the societies in lhr. Also are they also managed by DHA or some pvt entity?

Agree with @ Mian Haris . I have purchased a good location plot of 10 Marla in Nov-16 in D Block of phs 2 of 4.2 Million . Now some days ago dealers called me that if i intrested to sale than around 48 it can be sold but i think its value is more than it and i think with inaguration of LRR its will be near 55 .

It is managed by Army Welfare Trust, AWT Phase- 2 is very good and very secure investment, genuine price and high return on investment after LRR

Its time for investment in AWT phase 2.Gain is sure in coming months due to Ring Road and interest of peoples in construction of houses.A large and good located society with 90% of 1 Kanal plots and remaining 10% are 10 marla having many parks, commercials zones, Grand Mosque and land allocated for sports complex , Events halls,colleges , schools.Management is very professional and cooperative leading by Col. sb. who is very aggressive to facilitate the living families . I personally appreciate his efforts.
