my first post. i am planning to buy bahria orchard phase 4 commercial . please advise me its scope and wether i buy 5 Marla or 8 Marla.
your suggestions are highly appreciated.

5 Marla Own 10 Lacs
8 Marla Own 15 Lacs
It Will Increase Expectedly and 8 Marla Is Better Option, It Will Have More Gain

As many commercial DHA & Bahria is making if one shut down whole commercials of Lahore it will be sufficient to fulfill the desire. Please don't be panic & invest very carefully and only if you have it for you forth generation in mind.

Dear Sir,
Most of the commercial plots and 1-Kanal Residential plots are on front side, if you see the map, and the development work in this area is at pace, further Bahria had promised to deliver it's possession after 2 Years, it would be a best investment to consider.
