Frame structure with block are good but price little higher then brick,
building with Bricks having lot of problems, seepage is major problem in brick work house, Sulphates and salts present in brick makes problem in future.

Block wall is good option.

how to cope with sulfates and salt?? blocks are good near sea etc and dampness but it does not absorb sound well, your rooms will be noisy also you will loose structure value quickly due to blocks.
