Just Go for AWT 2
-Pay a visit and compare prices and location advantage of all before making decision.
-Also consider boost it will get being close to LRR interchange
=Impact of last loop of LRR approval as it is from adda plot to Multan road
It will be better location wise as any one coming from Motorway or Multan side will be travelling through this area. Plots are cheapest and safest in AWT 2

1- AWT 2 (Best one with low cost as compare to surrounding, Secure, everything on ground, no fraud, with high ROI potential,
2- DHA Multan: good but long term

I Feel LRE always recommend you in those societies where LRE have greater interest rate.I am 100% agree with Dr. Amjad and Tahir sahb. AWT is best for investment at the moment.
