Ramadan kareem mubarak.
I have a residential plot in phase 8 DHA. W block.
Want to start construction by end of 2017.
Wonder by then reasonable house building be in progress. In that block.
Is it good time to start building. So by end of construction in about 8 months. Would it be OK to live there or by then not any houses be around.
Kindly advise.
I am a abroad.

Definitely you will be able to make home there in one year time, but reasonable population is not expected few years. As it is natural course of all phases, a good number of houses are only seen in 5 years time after possession. But again there are certainly some people who are brave enough to make home and live in it earliest likee first drop of rain |

@Ahsan; when you say PRISM; think for next next 12 years not just 12 months. Currently prices are showing significant downward trend. |
