What is the best place in Lahore to construct 1 kanal or maybe 10 marla house within limit of 25-28 million?
Should be good in terms of investment and should have good resale as I might just sell it after constructing it instead of moving in.

You can buy an okayish plot and construct a good 10 marla house in that price range in Phase VI.
Or if you stretch your budget a bit, a kanal house is within reach too in Phase VI and VII.
(Or buy a plot in Prism and construct 15 years later :P) |
