I am holding a plot in dha phase 7 Near 410 Y and in prism near H 65. I may need to dispose one of them. What do you suggest and after disposing I want to reinvest 6 m to 7 m for 3 to 5 years

Dear Sir,

Phase 7 410 Y is around 130 to 132 Lac.
Phase 9 Prism H 65 is around 135 Lac.

I 'll suggest you sell the phase 7 plot, and hold the prism plot. prism plot prices increases gradually but phase 7 prices remain same.

@ Jameel Sb still waiting for your humble genuine advice.
I am not much satisfied with Mr Shahid Riaz advice as I have observe phase 8 and also that phase 9 is very big a lot of supply and plus that it is yet be delivered where as phase 7 is the present but don't know why the prices are quite stagnant or rather it would be better to say not increasing with the good pace

If sole purpose is is holding and not making home then I will sell DHA 7 Plot In short term it may grow more than prism but long term prism will be better as H65 it is on prime location, For reinvesting 6 to 7 million I will advise AWT2 average location it will soon reach 100 Mark No risk no tension. If you you can take bit of hassle then LDA avenue 1 One Kanal plot in about 70 can be arranged bit below average location but can give you better return, However you will have to safeguard LDA plot as qabza is an issue.
