What would be impact of revision of tax rates on property in Punjab Budget.

It was expected that taxes will go down but they haven't. I don't see any immediate impact of the budget. |

tax rates and stump duties have gone up.
rate on plot transfer as gift also gone up. |

Agreed with Ameer, taxes are gone up; will have further -ve impact on property prices and once should expect frop in prices further. |

Taxes on regular transfer same. They have merged and stream lined cvt and stamp.
