16 Lakh for 10 marla in LDA Avenue ?
seems it must have some thing wrong. definitely litigation issue thats why so much cheap.
An Average 10 marla clear plot is 50Lakh +.
so not a safe investment IMO. Rest its your hard earned money, better to verify the documents from LDA Office as mentioned by Habib bhai |
