Alhamdulillah, just checked ballot results for 5M and got the good news of being successful. I filed 2 applications for 5M plot...

Is it authentic news that Govt. and FBR is planning to increase valuation of property by 30% by June 30 this year. This will be for 30 major cities of Pakistan.

ISLAMABAD: The government is set to further increase property valuation rates by about 30% for major cities of the country from July, a move that is expected to irk real estate agents and traders much like it did last year.


“Under the second phase, the government would notify fresh property valuation rates for major cities by June 30,” said Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Dr Mohammad Irshad on Tuesday. He said that the rates would go up by another 30% on average, but these would still be lower than the actual prevailing market rates.

So the person who uploaded this photoshopped image does not realise that DHA does not endorse TCS as a courier and one can use any other courier service to send the documents. Also, the next step is for DHA to send the intimation letter. Nice job photoshoper but not good enough. THIS IS A FAKE IMAGE.
