Dear sir,
i got 10 marla plot,block G5 near boundry/railway line.
what will be the future of this plot after 2 year holding??
can i get little profit on it or loss??plz advise

Dear Sir, Currently this plot is in minus 2.5 Lacs, its far away from development and at boundary, nothing can be guessed after two years, its better for you to sell it now and switch your this investment somewhere else.

It will be the last block to be developed in phase-4 along with G-6. It is better to bear some loss now and sell it. In future, it may go further down so avoid paying further installments. However, if you bought is for a long term investment like 5 years then it is good to retain. |
