Asalam o Alaikum
I got 10 marla plot in Phase - 4, G6 block in starting streets. Near Plot number 130.
Is it good to hold for 1-2 year or should I switch to other position. How is your valuation for this plot in current market.
Please advise. Thanks.

I think its not safe to deal until the seller has paid the down payment. DHA Multan will only transfer after 17th July. Any deal done before that might end up in a problem. |
