Now this scheme 42 is also showing upwards trends due to positive news, sector 11 & 12 possession recently given, and due to Punjabi Saudagaran Hawksbay Marina also announce there Hawksbay society, Govt also showing interest in giving possession to other blocks as well, in near future rates will be higher, Insha Allah
