Can anyone shed some light on having a swimming pool in the basement what are the pros and cons. Any comments from someone having a practical experience of maintaining a swimming pool in their basement will be of much help.

Asa brother as far as I know a swimming pool in an enclosed area is almost always a bad idea, as it encourages a generally damp and clammy atmosphere. |

High maintenance cost. very high pumping cost. high construction cost. If you have lotttt and lotttttts of money then you must go for it else try to avoid pools as pools at home or farmhouse are not a cheap thing to keep |
