PRISM no doubt is the future of DHA Lahore, but best time to purchase is yet to come.
Hold on to your cash and wait for prices to come at realistic level.

Prism average prices will not drop at all, few percent fluctuations are normal everywhere. Who wants to invest in Prism must go for it without delays, but negotiation to strike a deal is the key. |

I think there would be most probably correction in residential prices as possesion would be after 5 years so lets see the holding power of investors.now there will be very slow gains for prism residential |

Saleem, Prim is bound to reach 275-300 in 8 to 10 years time so holding power is not a question at current rates. |

@ Shahzad Qamar, the average rate of increase in DHA property is always mentioned as 20% per year at average. Some say it is 18% per year and some say that it is 25% per year. However, if we take 18% or 20% per year growth, Prism plot which is 125 today would be 300 plus in maximum 5 years from now. I don't know how you calculated 8 to 10 years time for 275-300 lacs price?
I think that above is safest forecast for capital gains in Prism. Those experts e.g. CMY believe that the prices would reach 300 lacs mark within 3 to 4 years from now at maximum. |
