Isn't the asking price of 140 to 150 Lacs for 5 Marla too high considering that the plot price is from 50 to 60 Lacs and A+ development costs around 40 lacs for 4 marla? They are asking for almost 50 Lacs profit on a 5 marla house? Seems a great business to construct house in 9 Town now |

The plot prices would probably increase and perhaps 1 or 2 million jump is due in Dha town plots. As soon as 50 to 60 houses are constructed which is just a matter of time. |
