1 Kanal installment file is 68 lac to be paid in 3 years, currently affidavit is around 51 lac which makes 16 lac cheaper than the installment file.

After 3 years this plot is expected to be somewhere around 100 lac which makes a good ROI.

After 3 years this one will be around 80 exlcuding dev charges. 100 is not possible

Its increasing because its an attractive proposition with strong fundamentals.

Both cash file is good as well as installment plots for those who don't have cash.

End state will reach 150-200 lakhs, whether after 3 years, or 4 years, or 5 years or 6 years.

1 kanal plot at a developed society in front of DHA Multan at the moment is 1 crore + now. After 3 years, prices will rise DHA Multan will be 1.2 crore +. Also i do not have any plot at DHA Multan, fyi.
