Hi IAC,
If you are planning to buy 5 or 8 Marla then you might not have much options on installment, in my personal point of view own may not fall from these current levels as all panic sellers are out of the market right after ballot. Cash files for 5 and 8 Marla not available as well. if you have cash best option could be buy 10 Marla. After July 15 you may be not find any sellers for installment files.
Own will go up once again once Transfers will open by DHA Multan. |
