I ve a 150 feet rd plot in Prism Sector D.....what is the best option for me for Five years investment period...
1. stick with the plot for max gain
2. Dispose off the plot and buy 3 x 1K plots in DHA Mtn
3. Dispose off the plot and buy one Kanal each at DHA Multan, Peshawar ang Gujranwala...

Sir for 5 years you should stick with it there would be definitely gains in prism residential but slow and gradual. |

Stick to Prism plot. Nothing is like a plot in Prism. You are lucky you have one in phase 9 |

If you buy 3 Files in DHA Multan count that at least 60 Lac will be due in form of development charges. I will Not sell this Plot as Buying selling hassles and uncertainty of time.
Why not you buy 3 Files in Phase 10 if You can wait. |
