Dear lahore real estate and other expert members please inform i have paid 3 installments of prism plot. What would be fine if i dont pay the remaining installments??

Mark up is too high like Credit card you will see the soon your 3 installments be eaten up for non payment if you defer 2 years, It will erode your profit if any.
If you don't pay 7,8 years the fine may be so much that will be more than whole cost of Land etc
If you don't have power of Holding Better sell ASAP

habib ap ka dimag harab ho gya ha ….80 rupee per day late fee charge ha jo ka per month ban tha ha .2400 rupee… you're better of not paying the development charges.. unless you want to sell because than you will get a better price for your plot

With due respect, at the end of every year the unpaid amount is multiplied as compounded interest twenty percent per annum of original amount. It's better to give in time.

80 Rupee Per day is charged on each installment due if you don't pay 8 years
Against 1st unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x8]=383600
Against 2n unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.75ys]=383600
Against 3rd unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.50ys]=378700
Against 4th unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.25ys]=371400
Against 4th unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.25ys]=364100
Against 5th unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.00ys]=356800
Against 7th unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x6.75ys]=349500
Against 8th unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.00ys]=342200
Against 9th unpaid due Amount is 150000+[80x365x7.00ys]=334900
Against 10th unpaid due Amount 150000+[80x365x6.75ys]=327600
Against 11th unpaid due Amount 150000+[80x365x6.50ys]=320300
