dear sir you know DHA6 is already populated and new houses construction is being done at good pace, as the area gets more populated and lively, price will increase
not all Great Locations are for sale and plot owners are very well informed and educated about all the merits of their plot, they bargain hard and generally dont sell at lower price bracket
market is slow, but still buying is being done, genuine buyers are taking the advantage of low price
this buying activity is expected to grow gradually
to cut short, dont expect prices to come down at "great location"
