It seems to me that PMLN will continue to perform for the next 5 year term. Only minus Nawaz. The new leadership of PMLN will be more trustworthy of establishment. PTI/IK has been used to change the cosmetics of PNLN. IK already knows his party is over. The credit of Nawaz Sharif ouster might be his last face saving. Some new players like Qadri will strengthen PTI to form a future opposition in Punjab. In any case PMLN stands firm with plenty of establishment serum injected.

Wishful thinking. Every one can see PML-N is about to dissolve once Shahbaz is jailed along with Nawaz and family. Once Ch Nisar stands on his own feet, PML-N will crumble.

Personally I hope Pakistan never has a political party named after an individual (N for Nawaz). It's shameful. While a party named after an idea (PTI for Insaf) survives. It's good for the country.

But your question about housing. It will be impacted in short term due to massive loans, poor exports, artificial parity of rupee with dollar. These economic factors are more important than political ones. But in long term, things should work out well once filth is removed as is currently happening.

For positive impact, you need a catalyst. There is no catalyst in market right now.

Positive impact not possible in a time of instability.

Pakistan Zindabad, I don't base my decisions on wishful thinking. I personally think that your bias against PMLN leadership is blocking your view to see the bigger picture. To my understanding, political factors are more important at the moment. Like I said earlier, we will stay stable politically. Property Dealers have a role to play by staying positive. I just suggest on the basis of facts on the ground. About 4 million Pakistani Professionals will leave middle east in the next couple of years to settle in Pakistan. World is not the same for Overseas Pakistanis.

Nabeel, there are many catalysts like exodus of Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia, Long term stability of PMLN government. Please recover from your depression and play your role in changing market perception.
