Can you please tell me if it is safe to invest in a 10-marla plot in Grand Avenues, Ferozpur Road, and later use the place for house making and living within a year or two? Planning on obtaining a possession plot in Block A. Is it approved by LDA? What about the Sui Gas connection. Is it expected anytime soon or not for a while?? I am asking from the point of view of living there after a couple of years.
How do residents manage without sui gas.
