DHA multan installment files are long term investment (6 to 10 years). If you have money to pay all installments carry on, otherwise better to sell. (Now or after 2 or 3 installments will not make any big difference) |

DHA Multan is one of the very few attractive projects in the country.
OWN will maintain for longer than people anticipate. However why not sell now and book your profits?
OWN will not go up much more than 1 lakh per marla.
Main objective of installment plots is to allow you to build an asset with small payments. |

You got lucky. Keep it if you can afford it. At least till balloting of plot numbers. Is there a better investment in this range? |
