I invested in Bahria Orchard Ph 4 on long term basis (5 ~ 7 years). My plot if just before Night Safari park near roundabout in G6.
What is your opinion about this phase in long term? Will it give good return in the long run or I should look at selling it now?
Are there any other good options in Lahore to invest on installments?

Location of your plot is good. Hold it for 3-4 years, its price will improve as development work will proceed with time.
