I have 5 Marla plot at DHA Multan.
What is your opinion about this in long term? Will it give good return in the long run or I should look at selling it now?
Are there any other good options?

Asslam a alaikum,
Hold it for minimum 3 years along with development charges, It would give you a very good gain. If you have intention for short term gain then it is better to sell it now.
