Is this true that Lahore Ring Road is delayed for at least 2 years and It would not inaugurate on Aug 14, 2017?
Please confirm this news about delaying this project and for how long?

Upto Raiwind Road is 75% completed and work still being carried out so at least . Further down to Multan rd might take some time. |
