I have a plot at Bahria Orchard 4 Lahore at G5 sector. It is at average location (no corner or no facing park etc).
What is the worth of the plot now and what would be gain if I hold for next 2 to 3 years at least?

Walaikum Aslaam,
Currently Average Location Plots in G5 Phase 4 Orchard are at level. If you can hold it for next 3 years then hold it, it would give you a good gain as development work will proceed.
