Is it a good idea to switch from bahria orchard 5marla to Bahawalpur DHA 1 kanal nowadays for 1 year investment? They are at the same level price-wise.

Yes, its the right time to buy DHA Bhawalpur 1-Kanal at this price. Orchard 5-Marla Residential would not gain much in next 1 year.
