Dear friends i am seeking your kind advise. Few yrs ago i baught a residential plot in Dha phase 8. As i am living abroad so baught plot on name of a friend. All is well my friend is actually more anxious then me to give plot back to me.
Since in dha record he is owner. How can he transfer plot on my name. Can he give me as a gift or any other way. When plot was baught i already paid all fees. Now dont want to pay again. Is there any way plot transfer can be made avoiding paying . And if there is no other way and i have to pay then how much money.
Kindly give advise.

In short, You must have to pay transfer cost to get plot on your name.
Transfer procedure will take 6 to 8 days for execution of Transfer.
