And about 200 site plans have been submitted for approval at DHA office. Pretty good progress. |

Thats great news. This means we will see some upward trend in prices which might be short term though |

I have visited and seen houses being built personally. One house being constructed in U block and one in X block. Two houses being built in W Block. One is going to be complete in two months and family will start living there. I talked to the contractor there. very reasonable man. He told me that he has almost concluded four more houses contract in Phase 8.
I also visited DHA main office for possession and site plan of my plot in V Sector. That's the info they gave me a week ago about site plans submitted for approval. So its first hand information. Not some speculation or biased gossip of a dealer.
