Sir I have to respectfully disagree with you, I am very greedy. Most of us are greedy, today's property prices in lahore are proof of it. How a common man with a decent salary of 50K per month, can own a home for his family in lahore? how long will it take to buy a plot first on installments (probably near raiwind or sheikhupura), pay off the installments and then build a house on that? This is all because of our greed, we have made it very difficult rather impossible for our kids to own a place to call home and we are still continuing... the gap between poor and rich is increasing day by day, middle class is disappearing swiftly... you take middle floor out of a three story building and it will collapse... how can a society last with one class being completely wiped out? But that's ok lets not think about it and keep investing in property rather than in a "Proper Business" |
