Please explain what is an open file and is it safe to buy open file for Bahria projects in Lahore? Is paper work done in Bahria office?

brother dont even go near bahria files.... buy only on ground plot in bahria... file will never become a plot in bahria |

thanks brother, I am talking talking orchard 4, dealer told me these are with plot numbers with map but open file, not sure what does it mean. Can someone explain? |

Aoa if you are talking about bahria orchard phase 4 it means its an open form but the plot is on ground if buy an open form you can save your transfer fee which is 11000 pkr.

Millions of people lost their money in Bahria files but again every new project of bahria was fully booked.
I was wonder how it was going on.
But i think its 1st time when orchard phase 4 booking could not be completed |

Bahira is a big game on files. Dont ever book or buy a file in Bahria. Only buy on ground possession or near possession plots |
