Please evaluate Plot 490 L phase 9 DHA Lahore seven installments of development charges paid. What price should I buy the said plot. Please also tell me the commission and other charges in addition to that for a US citizen.

L is never a good investment block.very close to village. You should not invest in such a plot. If you are really eager to buy it should not worth more than 9 million. It is all if you can wait for atleast 6 years gor possession |
