IF I choose G4-263, How much I need to pay to get it transfered to my name including Realestae agent Comission. Please provide breakdown.

You should have to pay downpayment + 1st Installment + Above own amount + Processing fee + Our Service Charges, details are as follow :

Downpayment : 12.50 Lacs
Processing Fee : 11,000
1st Installment : 4.28 Lacs
Own Amount (G4-263) = 4 Lacs
Our Service Charges : 50,000

Total : 21.39 Lacs
