Same question from my side, why so discrimination.
If LRE can quote phase-5 then why not phase-5?
Or May be agents want to degrade it ----

LRE has always been biased, previously blowing the trumpet of Prism, these days promoting small societies and CPEC

You guys complain as if you pay for this service. Why not pick up the phone and get the rates before turning negative. Nothing valuable comes for free.

I second with Sir Hm, currently our I.T Team is busy in upgrading and handling LRE Website and some other little issues. Around 5-6 of my colleagues in our office are highly updated on Phase 8, It's much better that you should call one of our agent and he will response to your queries, I am posting the cellphone number of some of them.

I have a lot of direct exposure to retail in Pakistan. It is always the cheapest customers and window shoppers who are rude or discourteous and behave like they have bought us just by being in the shop. The valuable customers who actually buy, don't do this and are a pleasure to deal with. Just seemed like same is going on here.

Dear Hm. I am an old user of this LRE website, since 2011. Basing on my trust which I developed in LRE I have done 2 deals through LRE. But with the passage of time I have realized how this realty business work and how LRE try to promote the things on perceptions. Don't make ppl bafoons, ppl are well aware these days, I have given my opinion on solid grounds, keep ur advise to yourself

Priorities of LRE team keep on changing due to requirement of their business, before prism phase-6 was jewel of DHA (a DHA within DHA) then phase-8 was best due to its location then focus shifted to prism and it will go on, this is requirement of their business, they cant just stick to one location and sale plots there forever :)

Well, there was some Gawadar scheme that LRE is jumping up and down about as well. I think dealers are lazy - they promote quick wins , where there is minimal effort required from their end buy/sell

No doubt you are extremely wise and experienced. This is clear from your message. What isn't clear is why you are still on this forum, after realizing how diabolic the LRE team is. I have been frequenting this forum since 2005 and it is usually quite obvious what is pumped and what not, even to mediocre people like me. But I pick and choose what info I need, cross-verify from other sources, and remain grateful for the efforts of CMY who started something special indeed.
And I do miss the extraordinary quality of posts that used to come from Naveed Yaseen sb. I suspect the reason people like Naveed sb are absent is because of a toxic environment created by people who don't understand simple etiquette. And so I and many others lose out because of your impoliteness, which is why I bother to respond to this negativity.

PS. I wanted to tell you that bafoons is spelled buffoons, in case you needed to use this word again to badmouth someone. But you have clearly mentioned you aren't interested in advice.

Dear Hm, I don't understand why there is a need for u to brag so much about LRE,ur assimilation is wrong, there is no impoliteness, it was just a critique, but boasting seems doubtful. Anyways I visit this page but not very frequently and that too with more caution as i no more trust their (LRE) opinions. There is no other forum like, we don't have much options. I just enjoy reading stuff here and in WhatsApp group, there is no doubt in my perception that this is all manipulation. Thx Bufoon. Sorry, I meant thx for bafoon ;)

I do not understand how LRE folks can make us and rest of the people (i.e. its customers) Buffoons. Following is the meaning of the word Buffoon:

"A buffoon is someone whose ridiculous behavior is a source of amusement to others. People you might call a buffoon are a political rival or the guy at work who tells silly jokes at office parties."

Sincerity is a rare quality in dealers - some dealers are bit better than others. LRE is a better one - but not perfect - but then no one is perfect
