Brother with due respect Bwp will take at least another 20 years to get developed. I am from Bwp the photos you have shared are only altogether 30 shops and about 30 miles away from Defence bwp. I have commercial plot in Bwp which we are trying to sell it from last 25 years still not getting any offer on our demand. In short don't give people wrong hopes they have hard earned money don't get their money stuck in desert. They have just made 2 km road that's it in the middle of desert. There are chances that it will get developed in next 20 years. As still close to defence Bwp person can get 1 kamal between 20-30 lakhs the most and straight away can built houses. I am just sharing my honest opinion rest is upto you guys.

I completely agreed with CMY Sb that now it's best time for investment in DHA Bahawalpur because many developments are on the way sooner including direction access by 250ft main Road and construction of Entrance Gates etc.

Further I request to non Registered persons to plz make sure to Register their ID's to post here because it was observed that in case of DHA Multan you people cry many times to stop the investors to invest in DHA Multan at 30lac. Which is now at 50lac.

Plz don't mind it.

Picture are not 30 nor they are 30 miles away. A person from Bahawalpur should have better idea.

For intelligent people these few words are enough to understand who to trust. No one is forcing to you to buy. Please do wait 20 years like you said it will take to develop and than buy. Keep in mind in 20 years how many time more funds you will need.

Listen brother CMY sb and Naveed sb don't call me unregistered ID or not representing here any services or northern it's my business. It's your syestem error whenever I put name it shows error when ever I put my telephone no in here then it posts. Yes I am agreed and was agreed with CMY advice regarding multan dha I my self bought 1 kanal 5 cash files at 28 lakhs. That was good advice by CMY and not only this I did took CMY and bought prism file back in 2012 and triple my money so I have lot of respect for CMY. It's nothing personal against anyone. As the way CMY sb knows lahore I born in Bwp and we have big family set up there. Most of the lands provided by my close friends. Here people are small investors they want their guaranteed return which is not possible in bwp. I am not saying it will not gain it will gain but very slowly. Listen brother there was the colony stated govt Collony which is opposite to Islamic university bwp new campus.
This colony was started almost 26 years ago and still it's 80% empty only few houses there. There are almost 20 colonies before airport which is lot closer to Bwp then defence. You can get 30-40 lakh kanal still available if interested ho and buy straight.brother I don't work for anyone I am based in Uk and I am investor and almost 7 years old investor. You put the other opinions down specially don't expect this unprofessional response from you guys.. it's to much to write even if you guys sit and discuss I can proof you what I am saying. @ Bhai, let's do analysis on DHA Lahore where almost 70% developed land is still empty where there is no construction activity like DHA Town Phase 9, Phase 8, phase 7, phase 9 prism, phase 11 Rahbar and even phase 10 files prices are rising sharply this is a game of investment in property in which Almost 70% to 80% is foreign investment by our brothers who are doing work or business in gulf countries and so on and their first choice is always invest in DHA projects. No doubt about it that DHA Bahawalpur have much potential for a maximum ROI in coming 3 to 4 years time frame.

Naveed bhai I have just shared my point of view rest is your choice brother. I just have my honest opinion according to my knowledge it's no point debating. Any early I like your this way of talk more professional and I'm decent way. Take care of yourself and CMY is my mentor he has done very hard and honest work yo built his reputation I was just giving him suggestion not to be that much sure and definite about bwp as it might could hurt his name and feelings if it didn't work as the way my brother thinking.
