What could be the impact of LRR on Bahria Town prices in next 1 year (or after inauguration of Bahria interchange).
e.g. 10 marla in Sector B is at 90 ~ 100 lac. How much rise is expected for plots in Bahria.

Sir, LRR will have an impact on real estate only in the long run, we should not expect a sharp and sudden rises with LRR inauguration.
