Asslam a alaikum,

Sir various houses in 9 Town are in underconstruction, a lot of developers already had entered here, you will see an apperciation of 1.5-2 Millions in prices in next 2 years.

Many new houses are under construction. Go to you tube and search DHA Town 9.Sort by date and see videos within 1 month.
