I am keeping an eye on phase 7, I want to build a house next year most probably. The price seems to be stagnant, what do you recommend should I wait to buy

Its the right time to buy plot in Phase 7, buying is comparatively easy in this certain period, if sole purpose is to build house next year then currently you can have many options to choose from and you can buy an ideal plot as per your requirement.

If the prices are going to remain same than it is better I use my funds and buy just before starting construction. What do you recommend about the price trend.

Pleasure sir, basically prices may remain same or increase a little in coming months but main concern is to get good location plot according to market price which will be a little difficult to find in running market.
