want to invest in commercial DHA with intention to build in next 3 years
options are
1) DHA PHASE 6 A Block Commercial 4 marla
2) PHASE 9 zone 1 4 Marla and / or 8 Marla
3 ) Phase 9 Town E Block 4 marla ( new balloted )
Need honest advices and opinions

priority should be same as given by you but if you can go for a ph6 A block plot, how about a plaza in Y block ph3
