AOA,
What is the process of plot sale in LDA Avenue one. I am selling a plot and was told that I have to give all original documents to LDA office and than they will call both me and the buyer for the transfer.
Only at that point buyer will pay. I am little worried about submitting all original documents to LDA office without getting the price of plot.
