Possesion Year of L Block Prism Phase 9 D.H.A,

Please to inform the expected possession year of L Block Prism 9, because I have 10 Marla plot in L Block and I want to build house on this plot.
Also please to inform about the fine if instalments of development charges are not paid in time.

Forget about building house in Prism at least for next 5 years. Possession impossible before 2022.
Regarding delay in installments, i dont think its good idea. Although the fine would be around 50 per day for each installment delay, but if you for example do not pay all four installments for the year, the total fine within that year only - will be ~50,000 RS. If none is paid in 3 years time, overall fine for 3 years period only will be more than 450,000 for 10M. After 3 years, fine will be almost 900 per day and trust me its not a good idea not to pay installments on time for DHA.

I think it seems impossible that dha will give like A,P,C,Q upper blocks in next 5 years. And for block like L it may take 6-7 years unfortunately.

OHHH then where is DHA promise of fast track development ????
Nothing is sure in Pakistan so we cant trust at any one including DHA.

2022? I think they will start giving possession from first quarter of 2019 blockwise. Development is taking place at good pace if not excellent. Please see latest videos by LRE

Awan bhai why are you mid guiding people. You can see from videos not a single block development completed by even 20% in 2.5 years how they are going to hand over in 2019 upper blocks. Stop building castles in air and misguiding people.

Development started February 8, 2016
So only 1.5 years now into development

Ok lets see how much they develop till january. The status would be same like it is now. We have already seen their fevelopment pace in 1.5 years. You seem to be a new one we have seen them developing phase 5, 6 ,7 ,8 and even 5 M block which was just one block
