Phase 6 CCA 2 vs 9 Town E block commercial
Which is better for 2-3 years investment with intent to build for rent

I think if you analyze it CCA and town E commercial are just opposite located. if we talk about the location of both commercial it is ok just because that neither it is located in the centre of phase 6 like CCA-1 nor near main boulevard but the thing is it is located on end side of phase 6 and when we look you will able to see that combine CCA-2 and 9 town E commercial which is also not located in centre of phase 9 Town just new cutting.but the most important thing is that combining CCA-2 and 9 Town E commercial the plots become more than 600 plots and no much population. that would be a huge competion with no much buyers. i think Phase 9 town CCA will be much better than these both as it is centrally located and in future will be be connecting prism upper blocks like A,C,Q and just 3 min drive to theme park.

Prism 9 development is lot more slow then they promised. Its been like 1.5 year and not even 20% of any block is yet completed and it is consisting of like 16 sectors that is huge. Looking at their pace i dont think so they will be able to give possession before 5 years for just upper blocks like A,C,Q and P that is discussed just few days ago by all experts here. Prism zone 1 would not be ready for like 4 years from now and i will add atleast 2 more years for it to yield a good rent. 2 years so that it becomes a little bit populated(getting even 500 houses) so wait is for like atleast 6 years. We already seen a little bit correction in phase 9 commercial and i think with passage of time it may see bit more correction as possession seems to be far way like 5 years.commercials become suucessful i-e yields a good rent when there is possession as well as lot more houses to come and shop there.
