I have a plot in dha phase 9
The plot is corner, facing park and on 120 feet road (i heard that dha will charge additional 10% for corner, 10% for facing park and 10% for 120 feet road)
My question to you is when these charges are due?
Will i have to pay all additional charges with final installment of or i can pay llater on

Dear Sir,
Dha will charge 10 % only for corner. At boulevards or facing park DHA dont charge any addtional cost.
You have to 10 % of development charges for corner in last installmemt.

Is 10% needs to pay on Development charges I-e about 1.9 lacs. Or 10% of land value that will be around 5 lacs for phase-9?? |
