Kindly evaluate me the the price of my Bahria Town Sector E , Size 10 Marla , Johar Block PLOT NUMBER 47. Its Facing Park. And kindly advise what is the current market price of this 10 marla plot and also advise shall i hold it for few more years or shall i sell it , as i have no problem so far to hold it for few more years.

your plot have market value around 65 Lacs, currently market is down, better you should hold it and sell it after few months once situation will be better.

Pls also evaluate 474 Tauheed Block. What is its worth and what is development status?? Do Bahria has required land for this block. |
