Suggestion to Improve Discussion Page,

Dear LRE Team,
Just consider it as suggestion to improve discussion page. You can make two separate sections where one can have only discussion about issues/inquiries and other section can have daily updates on rates of property.
Mixing together is increasing traffic and its very hard to search the old blogs.
