Kindly advise current rate of following :
1) DHA 6 near 566 L, 1 Kanal
2) DHA 9 near 132 B, 1 Kanal
3) DHA 9 near 318 N, 1 Kanal
4) DHA 9 near 258 J, 10 Marla
5) Central Park near 786 G, 10 Marla
ALso advise whether it is better to sell one plot in Prism and buy 1 kanal plot in Bahria Town, for house construction purposes in 1-2 years time.. I am overseas and lot of my friends have invested in Bahria Town and highly recommend for safety, security, life style, peaceful environment and amenities. A detailed response is solicited from LRE and other knowledgeable members who have first hand information on the ground.

Amir sb if you are ok with the distance then BT is much better to live as compare to DHA.
And prices in BT are already coming down sharply, wait for some time and you may have a good deal. |

Asif bhai, many thanks for your response. But could you also advise which are the better blocks and locations in Bahria Town and what are the current rates prevailing in BT. If I wait for 3-6 months how much would a 1 kanal plot in a good location cost. 5-6 years ahead, how do you think BT would fare as compared to DHA and some of the other comparable societis. Other members are also welcome to share their knowledge, experiences and assessments. This would help a lot of other NRP's out there.

On a further note, would request LRE/Jameel Mughal/Surfer/other informed members to share Market Direction and analysis of Lahore Real Estate options in 2017. Long time no one has talked about it at this forum. Just limiting this site to assessments and buy/sell trx is limiting the scope and potential of this website. |
